- Do you have little pressure or less interest in doing things?
- Do you hopeless? Down?
- Do you have trouble sleeping, either, sleeping too much or not all?
- Do you feel tired or little energy?
- Do you have a poor appetite or overeating?
- Do you feel like a failure you’ve let people down?
- Do you have trouble concentrating?
- Do you have any harmful thoughts towards yourself?
If your answer is yes for 2 times then you don’t have to worry If it is 5 or more than five means you are on the way towards depression need to concern your doctor.
