If you think you…! You are depressed.

Follow the following(8) question and answer it only in yes or no and test yourself.

  1. Do you have little pressure or less interest in doing things?
  2. Do you hopeless? Down?
  3. Do you have trouble sleeping, either, sleeping too much or not all?
  4. Do you feel tired or little energy?
  5. Do you have a poor appetite or overeating?
  6. Do you feel like a failure you’ve let people down?
  7. Do you have trouble concentrating?
  8. Do you have any harmful thoughts towards yourself?

If your answer is yes for 2 times then you don’t have to worry If it is 5 or more than five means you are on the way towards depression need to concern your doctor.
